AIXR TeeJet Air Induction XR Flat Spray Tips Typical Applications: Newest nozzle on the market and it doesn't disappoint. 110° wide, tapered flat spray angle with air induction technology offers better drift management . · Made of a NEW two piece UHMWPE polymer construction, providing excellent chemical resistance, including acids as well as exceptional wear life.  Compact size to prevent tip damage.  Depending on the chemical, produces large air-filled drops through a Venturi air aspirator. Removable pre-orifice for cleaning.  Available in seven different sizes with a wide operating pressure range 15-90 PSI (1-6 Bar).

Turbo TwinJet nozzle has been on the market now for a few years and when it first hit the market it was targeted as being the ultimate nozzle. It is a drift reduction nozzle that still manages coverage. It was all the advantages of the Turbo TeeJet with the addition of another fan. A standard TwinJet has the droplet size of half the capacity of the nozzle eg. a standard TwinJet 02 has the droplet size of two 01 flat fans. The clever part of the Turbo TeeJet TwinJet is the fact that the droplet size out each of the two fans is equivalent to the size of the nozzle, eg. a Turbo TwinJet 02 has the capacity of an 02 nozzle with the droplet size a little coarser than a standard Turbo TeeJet 02.

Turbo Teejet. This is the most widely used drift reduction nozzle. It is an anvil-flat fan hybrid nozzle that as a pressure range between 1-6 bar. This provides extreme flexibility as it is one of the only nozzles on the market that can range from a course, medium and fine droplet size in the one nozzle size. It is perfect for the farmer who is not interest in changing nozzles for different applications. The application options are limitless, but to utilise the full droplet range of the nozzle either the speed or water rate need to be manipulated

streamjet.jpg Stream Jet-SJ-3 Fertilizer Nozzles Specifically designed for directed spraying of liquid fertilizers. The three streams can be directed to the furrow to ensure leaf scorch is kept to a minimum in early growth stages.  Colour coded as per your broadcast spraying nozzles. Three solid streams of equal velocity and capacity.  Removable metering orifice for easy cleaning. Ten sizes for a wide range of application rates. Equally spaced distribution at 20" (50cm) height. Use with Quick TeeJet 25598-*-NYR. All acetal construction for excellent chemical resistance.  Recommended operating pressure: 20-60 PSI (1.5 - 4 bar).

Turbo Teejet Induction. This nozzle has only been on the market for a few seasons now and it is the only nozzle the produces extremely course droplets throughout the range of sizes and also the pressures. It is the nozzle of choice when spraying 2,4-D esters. It is also a popular choice when using soil incorporated products. Features: 110° wide angle, air induction, tapered flat spray tip pattern based on the patented outlet orifice deisgn of the original TeeJet Turbo nozzle.  Patented orifice design provides large round passages to minimise plugging.  Depending on the chemical, produces large air-filled drops through a Venutri air aspirator resulting in less drift.
